Developers, general contracting enterprises and end users do not pay much attention to the importance of waterproof and overemphasize the low price and low price. They often need "face" rather than "inside".


The industry concentration is low and the market share is low. Even the leading waterproof enterprise like Dongfang Yuhong has a market share of only 2.5%. Now the top 50 waterproof enterprises together account for only 17% of the industry's output and only 20% of its sales revenue. Facing such a low market share, it is obviously difficult to implement national and industrial policies.


Filament polyester tire has strong impermeability: high tensile strength, large elongation, good dimensional stability, strong adaptability to shrinkage deformation and cracking of the base course; good resistance to high and low temperature; SBS is suitable for building waterproofing in low temperature environment; APP is suitable for building waterproofing in high temperature environment; Good puncture resistance, puncture resistance, tear resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and weathering resistance; The construction is convenient, the hot-melt method can be operated in all seasons, and the joints are reliable.


It is divided into polyester mat (PY), glass fiber mat (G) and glass fiber reinforced polyester mat (PYG) according to the base; According to the surface isolation materials, it can be divided into polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (s) and mineral aggregate (M); The lower surface isolation material is divided into fine sand (s) and polyethylene film (PE). Note: Mineral particles with fine sand particle size no more than 0.6mm.


The coiled material can be constructed by either the hot-melt method or the cold-bonded method alone, or the cold-hot combination method, that is, the cold-bonded method can be used for large areas, and the hot-melt method can be used for the construction of lap joints.


Hot-melting method: bake the bottom surface of the coiled material and the surface of the base course with a flame spray gun or torch to melt the asphalt on the surface of the coiled material, roll the coiled material forward while baking, and then roll it with a roller to make it firmly bonded with the base course or coiled material.


Cold adhesion method: firstly, evenly brush the adhesive on the waterproof base and coiled material, and then paste the coiled material after slightly drying, and then use the roller to roll out the air under the coiled material, so that the coiled material is flat, tight, and firmly pasted on the base or coiled material.
