1.Paving requirements

Before the construction of filament polyester tire, the base layer that has passed the acceptance shall be cleaned and the dust at the edges and corners shall be blown away. The base treatment agent shall be applied uniformly, and shall not be applied repeatedly. After the base treatment agent is dried, the roof waterproof works and the underground waterproof works shall be laid with additional layers according to the design requirements. Determine the paving sequence and direction of the coiled material and snap the line at the base layer, and then pave the coiled material. The different parts of the coiled material shall be pasted according to the following requirements.

Paste the coiled material and the base point or strip; 800mm around the roof shall be fully pasted; The bonding area of the sloping roof is more than 70%, and 100% of the coiled material and the coiled material are fully bonded: the basement floor, the coiled material and the base layer can be fully bonded, spot bonded, stick or empty paved, but the coiled material and the coiled material must be fully bonded.

Basement vertical wall: the coiled material shall be fully pasted with the base layer and between the coiled material and the coiled material; General parts shall be fully pasted, and empty paving is allowed at deformation joints. The paving sequence is high span first, then low span; At the same height, first far and then near; On the same plane, start from the bottom.

2.Roof paving direction

The slope<3% shall be paved parallel to the ridge direction; The slope is 3%~15% parallel or perpendicular to the ridge direction; When the slope is more than 15% or subject to vibration, it should be paved perpendicular to the ridge direction; The overlapping joint parallel to the ridge shall be laid in the direction of water flow, and the joint perpendicular to the ridge shall be laid in the direction of the dominant wind direction.

3. Scope of application

Non-tyred self-adhesive coiled material has the characteristics of good low-temperature flexibility, large elongation, strong adaptability to expansion or cracking deformation of the base, and certain self-healing function. The coiled material covered with aluminum foil is suitable for the waterproof layer of the exposed roof, and the coiled material covered with polyethylene film is suitable for the waterproof layer of the non-exposed roof. On the flat roof, it can be used alone or in combination with ordinary modified asphalt coiled material.

The waterproofing of underground works can only meet the requirements of GB50108-2008 by selecting the coiled material covered with polyethylene film, and puts forward stricter requirements for low-temperature flexibility. It can be used as a cushion for various pitched roofs, for flashing parts or as a vapor barrier or waterproof layer for external walls.

With SBS and other elastomer modified asphalt as the base material, polyethylene film (PE), polyester film (PET) or film-free double-sided self-adhesive (D), the bottom surface is covered with self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproof membrane made of anti-sticking isolation paper (film). According to the covering materials, it is divided into three kinds of non-tire self-adhesive coiled materials: polyethylene film, polyester film and non-film; It is divided into Type I and Type II according to product performance.

4.Executive standards and main technical performance

Implement the standards of Self-adhesive Polymer Modified Asphalt Waterproof Roll (GB23441-2009), Technical Code for Waterproofing of Underground Engineering (GB50108-2008) and Technical Code for Roof Engineering (GB50345). Its main physical and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements.
