Before starting construction, set operation parameters according to practical experience and use a 300 × 600mm geotextile for test welding. There shall be no other scratches, stains, moisture, dust and other impurities, which shall not hinder the construction and interfere with the project quality control. After that, the shear and peel tests of welds are performed on the tensile machine.

If it is not lower than the specified value, determine the parameters and gradually start formal welding according to this value. When the temperature and wind speed change, the parameters should be accurately grasped and tested repeatedly to ensure that the performance of the welding machine, construction site conditions and product quality meet the requirements. Before the construction of the filament geotextile, in order to improve the construction efficiency and minimize the impact of the fabric, sufficient preparations should be made before the construction to make the project quality control meet the requirements.

The friction coefficient of filament geotextile is larger than that of staple geotextile. When the geotextile and geomembrane are combined together, the main function of the geotextile is to ensure that the geomembrane I will not be damaged by external substances and will not be damaged by ultraviolet radiation. The geotextile with large friction coefficient is not easy to peel off after the combination.

The quality of filament geotextile is better than that of short filament geotextile: of course, it is not that the quality of short filament geotextile is not good, but in comparison. The quality of filament geotextile is relatively good because of the large amount of machinery and equipment put in production and the high technical difficulty applied, while that of filament geotextile is relatively simple, and the technical difficulty is also relatively different, and most of the quality produced is quite different.
