1.Construction at water hole

The construction at the water hole is relatively difficult, and it is easy to leak if the water hole is not properly treated. In fact, there is no need to deal with the water hole. When the blocking copper base is at the water hole, cut the coiled material directly, and use the spray gun to bake and seal the edge of the cut coiled material. In the later stage, polyurethane can be brushed around the water hole to prevent water leakage.

2.The contact side between the coiled material and the roof shall be fully baked

If the contact surface between the coiled material and the roof is not baked, the bonding between the coiled material and the roof will not be firm. It needs to be baked evenly, and some can not be baked or not baked, which is easy to cause a large area of hollowing. When it is cold in winter, the empty drum is easy to be broken if people walk on it. If the coiled material is broken, it is easy to cause water leakage. Therefore, all the baked coiled materials should be baked, and there should be no unburned parts.

3.Edge sealing of coiled material

After all the copper base blocks are pasted, each side seam shall be sealed. When edge sealing, use the spray gun to bake the edge seam, and then use the spray gun head to move back and forth on the edge seam, so that the coiled material edges on both sides can melt together and form a whole, so that it is not easy to leak. If the side seam is not sealed properly, the rainwater will enter the bottom of the coiled material along the side seam in the later period, so it is easy to leak, so the side seam must be sealed properly.

The materials selected for roof waterproofing are exposed to the outside after construction, and the materials used should withstand high temperature, low temperature, wind and sun. However, the root blocking copper tire base is resistant to high temperature, low temperature, corrosion and aging. These characteristics determine that the root blocking copper tire base is resistant to corrosion and aging, and has a longer service life than other waterproof materials in the exposed environment, indicating that the root blocking copper tire base has a longer service life than other waterproof materials on the roof.

In the repair of water leakage of the roof of the old house, it is a good choice to use the blocking copper base. The resistance to high temperature, low temperature and corrosion of the root blocking copper base determines that the root blocking copper base is more suitable for roof construction than other materials. During the construction of the root blocking copper base, all the coiled materials should be baked to avoid hollowing and edge warping.
